I have over 13 years coaching experience. I became a Fitness & Nutrition Coach because I have a burning desire to help people improve their lives and I love learning and spreading knowledge of fitness, nutrition and health.

I love keeping workouts fun with cross-training. I incorporate martial arts, Strongman(and woman!), Kettlebell, TRX and bodyweight exercises that provide a fresh and challenging approach to training.
